All our products where appropriate carry the CE mark.
Our products are unsuitable for children 0-3 years due to small parts and possible choking hazard.
Always dispose of all plastic packaging bags, packaging, tags and any removable and/or loose parts before giving to a child.
Always ensure that an adult supervises when stuffing and making bears/animals.
Availability of Goods
Goods are subject to availability. In the event that goods are not available, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. Where payment has been made a full refund will be given or alternative goods to the equivalent price can be exchanged if this is preferred.
In the event of damaged/faulty goods, please contact us to arrange a full refund or replacement within 7 working days.
If you wish to return an item which is not faulty or damaged, please contact us in writing (post or email) within 7 working days of receipt. Any item must be in its original condition and original packaging. PRIOR ADVICE OF YOUR INTENTION TO RETURN MUST BE ADVISED TO US IN WRITING OR WE WILL BE UNABLE TO ACCEPT YOUR RETURN. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of receipt by us. We recommend that you return your purchase by Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery. A full refund will be made to you based on the conditions above. Please note any discounts that have been applied due to volume purchase or promotions will be deducted from the refund to you. Please also note that complete kits must be returned for refund. We will not refund only elements of returned kits, such as stuffing bags, tote bags etc.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirming method of postage. If you do not receive your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 07557530440 and we will endeavour to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Standard postage orders are usually dispatched by My Hermes and are priced according to weight and size.
We are not able to instruct My Hermes leave parcels with a neighbour or any other special delivery instructions.
All credit/debit card transactions are carried out via Paypal. We do not store any card information on our systems.
If you subscribe to our receive promotional emails, we will use your name and email address to send these promotions out to you. Every promotional email sent to you offers you the option to unsubscribe.
